Gary Gibbons composed for the film, Distant Memories by Director Oliver J Thompson, Executive Producer Nicola Culican, Location Sound Kevin Wolf and Cinematographer Marc Oberdorfer. The film features Alannah Ong, Rodney Wong, Christina Chua, James Gitsham, Desmond So, Sean Brennan and Anna Brennan.

Gary Gibbons composed the theme Alpha Fornacis "The Fornax Void Theme" and scored for the sci-fi short film, The Fornax Void, written and directed by Oliver J Thompson, starring Jason Tobin (Fast And Furious Tokyo Drift and Better Luck Tomorrow), Chris Hoskins, Pek Lee and Steve Kerr.

The song "Searching in India" by Gary Gibbons was uploaded to YouTube.

In collaboration with Red Angel Media Ltd we provided SFX and music composition for an animated storybook, The Smart Ant.

Composer Gary Gibbons from World Worm Studios played two pieces of music he created for soundtracks to movies and games on two iPhones and one iPad. He used a Music App ThumbJam by Sonosaurus on three devices for the first composition called Crime TV and for the second composition he performed the song Killer by Whole Nine Yards with a rock guitar instrument from ThumbJam and an AutoTune App called I Am T-Pain by Smule.

Fernando Gros demonstrated composing music on an iPad and using Soundcloud.com to promote a new piece created live and the Thrash Compactors provided the first iPad DJ battle in Hong Kong! Utilizing only iPads and sound as their modes of combat.

Composers Scott Logan and Gary Gibbons have written the song, "Smelly Brains: Thongs Of The Dead" for an exciting new independent Hong Kong horror/action film entitled "Zomb'Asians: Thongs Of The Dead". They have also collaborated with Pasu Luk in composing and recording "Sexy Zombie" and "Dream Girl" for the Promo Trailer.

Currently in pre-production, the film focuses around a group of teenagers who team up with a ghost busting taoist monk to take on an island of bikini-clad zombie babes.

World Worm Studios was in collaboration with Core Raiders Limited in the production of iPhone App "Flash On Dash Off" in 2009.

Composer Gary Gibbons provided the sound design and music compositions for this flash card typing game that comprises 3 levels, 4 categories and a 1500+ word vocabulary. Later the project extended to a holiday edition that was designed for Halloween 2009.

Composer Gary Gibbons wrote a 15 minute composition and provided 16 Taiko drummers for the Hang Seng Bank 75th Anniversary Celebration held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in 2008. Honorable guests included Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong SAR Donald Tsang.

Composer Gary Gibbons composed an opening Taiko drum performance and provided 8 drummers for the GSM Gala Party & Awards for the Mobile Asia Congress (the sister event to the Mobile World Congress, the largest, most significant and most successful global mobile event in the world). This event was hosted by Taiwanese actor, VJ and TV star, David Wu, the ceremony took place at the new Venetian Hotel in Macau. Artists Craig David and Taiwanese 'pop princess' Elva Hsiao also performed during the show.

Composer Gary Gibbons composed two songs and provided 10 Taiko drummers for the Welcome Reception of the 2006 Telecom World by ITU (International Telecommunication Union, the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technologies). Honorable guests included The Premier of the People's Republic of China Wen Jiabao and Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong SAR Donald Tsang.
